I agree to the terms and conditions of BagOfun as detailed below.
1.Jumping Castles are for day rentals only. NO OVER NIGHT STAY OF OUR Jumping Castles PERMITTED at all.
2.All hire of fun items is strictly COD only(CASH ON DELIVERY ONLY). No Exceptions.
3.The Hirer accept that his failure to comply with these conditions will result in no rental from BAG O FUN and a penalty fine of R200.
4.BAG O FUN will not be responsible to supply power to the motor. (Please, supply own extension !!!!!!!)
5.BAGO FUN does not accept any responsibility for entrance on stand fees where the items are to be used.
6.BAG O FUN does not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury to any person/s making use or transporting  of the 
Jumping Castles whatsoever. Repairs of damage will be paid by client.
7.The hirer acknowledges that it is necessary at all times to have a responsible adult in attendance to supervise children and 
undertakes to ensure strict compliance herewith simultaneously indemnifying BAG O FUN against any claim that may be 
made against BAG O  FUN arising out of any damage sustained by any person utilising the Jumping Castle and electrical motor.
8. Expenses of damages incurred to Jumping Castles, motors, trolleys, PVC pipe or  plugs in possession of the hirer, will be
refunded or paid by hirer, which ever applies.
9. No children are allowed to play with or near electric blower motors, motors must not be left in the rain or in water. 
10.No shoes, sharp objects, or food (cake, sweets, popcorn, chips, cold drinks, water etc.) are allowed on the
jumping castles.
11.Jumping Castles to stand on flat surface, preferably on grass
12. An additional R200 will be charged per jumping castle, upon collection BAG O Fun, if water were used on Jumping  
Castles. Only the WATERSLIDE and Gladiator are allowed water on them.
13. The collecting of a jumping castle by the client requires to occur between 8:30 am and 9:00 am on Saturday,  Sunday or 
Public Holiday mornings. Delivery  of  jumping castle will only occur between 09:00 and 10:00 on requested morning.
14. Returns/collection by client/owner will be as from 17:00 p.m. and not later than 18:00 p.m. on the same day of jumping 
castle hire. No exceptions.Late receival (after 18:30) from client will result in a penalty of R100 to be paid to owner.
